After introductory observations, we will read one of the four Gospels of the New Testament for each meeting with particular attention to what a gospel is and to the dominant concern that distinguishes each writer’s work.

RECOMMENDED READING:  The Holy Bible   Revised Standard Version.  Participants may use any Bible that includes the New Testament.
